Experience

Before attending college, I was a Sunday school teacher for roughly five years. During that time I became accustomed to working with children ranging from five to eighteen years old. My SAT scores from high school are 670 (critical reading), 770 (math), and 780 (writing) for a cumulative score of 2220. I would love to be a tutor because I believe that knowledge should be imparted freely from person to person, rather than stagnate. I owe my proficient performance on the SAT (and my acceptance into my current college) to a tremendous SAT tutor who helped me during my sophomore year of high school. Therefore, it would be unacceptable of me not to share my knowledge with someone else who desires to learn. I also have two younger brothers and a younger sister, so I have been exercising patience with young children my entire life.
