Experience

I have tutored students anywhere from grades Kindergarten through 6th grade as well as many students with special needs. I did my student teaching in a 1st grade classroom and I did a long term substitute placement in a 5th grade classroom. For my special Education placement I worked with students in a post-secondary environment. Not only did I help them with academics but I helped them with life skills as well. It is very rewarding to be a part of my student's success.

Hobbies

Every opportunity that I get to work with a student, I get the chance to see or do something great. Helping a student learn is something great. When a student learns that is giving them keys to confidence which leads to success in life. In my spare time, I love sports and the outdoors. I am a huge sports fan. Yankees, Giants, and Devils all the way! In the winter you will find me outside in the snow and during the summer I am at the beach or a lake. I am also very big in to music and love to dance and sing to tunes on my phone and computer. I love integrating my interests in to my learning and teaching. I would love to integrate your child's interests into helping them. If it is a topic they can be interested it can make all the difference!
